Officers of the Linear Division of Zvartnots International Airport have found the person who had robbed the gold jewels from the luggage of a tourist who had arrived in Armenia, as reported the news service of the Police today.

On November 15, the Linear Division of Zvartnots International Airport received a report on robbery of gold jewels from the luggage of a tourist who had arrived in Armenia and instituted a criminal case in relation to the incident.

Hours after receiving the report, police officers apprehended three male employees of the airport at the runway and took them to the police station. The stolen jewels were found in the car of the company loading and unloading on and from the plane. The apprehended presented themselves to the territorial preliminary investigation body and were arrested. The circumstances of the case are being established through preliminary investigation.
