Armenian Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Arayik Harutyunyan has left for Moscow on November 21, to participate in the 5th meeting of heads of science and technology ministries and departments of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

And on November 22, Harutyunyan will leave for Brussels, at the invitation of the Minister of Science and Culture of Finland, to participate in the Eastern Partnership Ministerial Meeting on Education to be held under the Finnish Chairmanship of the EU Council.
