Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan and Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan met with politicians nominating for the post of Artsakh President: Artsakh parliament speaker Ashot Ghoulyan, Artsakh FM Masis Mayilian, leader Free Motherland party by Arayik Harutyunyan. The representative of ARF Dashnaktsutyun in Artsakh, member of the parliamentary faction Dashnaktsutyun David Ishkhanyan also attended the meeting.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the organization of the upcoming state elections in Artsakh, the current political situation. The PM also thoroughly discussed the process of settlement of the Karabakh conflict, the work carried out in the direction of building the army.

Nikol Pashinyan highlighted the importance of the upcoming fair and transparent presidential and parliamentary elections in Artsakh, their holding in accordance with international standards, stressing that the Armenian government in this matter will support the Artsakh authorities.
