I respect any former official. Serzh Sargsyan also did a good job, but he was a very bad leader. This is what head of Sil Concern, famous businessman Khachatur Sukiasyan told journalists today.

When told that Serzh Sargsyan had declared during the Summit of the European People’s Party that those who came to power under the name of a ‘revolution’ haven’t really made any revolutionary changes, Khachatur Sukiasyan viewed this as a false statement and mentioned the following: “Serzh Sargsyan did everything for himself, his son-in-law and others. I know Serzh Sargsyan very well and have had a great conversation with him. If Serzh Sargsyan stole my factory from me, I don’t think I can be on good terms with him. I said I have friendly-neighborly relations with him, not good relations. Serzh Sargsyan is a very bad friend because when he came from Karabakh to Armenia, he forgot all of his friends,” the businessman said.

He also touched upon the Summit of the European People’s Party and Serzh Sargsyan’s speech and said the following: “If the Europeans know that there was so much corruption in Armenia and they are letting that man approach the podium to speak, this means that Europe is giving guarantees. I want to understand what those European officials are guided by and how they build their relations. I neither understand nor accept this.”
