The Embassy of Armenia in Russia has provided details on the January 27 road accident in Russia.

Accordingly, Armenian citizen V. K., (born in 1998) was killed as a result of a collision between a car with Armenian license plates and a truck in Saratov region of Russia.

The driver of the car (Armenian citizen born in 1967) and the other passenger (Armenian citizen born in 1996) sustained injuries and were taken to hospital.

The details of the accident are being clarified.

The Embassy is in constant contact with the relevant Russian authorities, representatives of the local Armenian community, and the medical facility where the injured Armenians were transferred.
