President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan has blamed Russia for breaching its agreements with Ankara and has said Moscow isn’t observing the agreements that were concluded in Astana and Sochi. This is what Erdogan told reporters on board a plane flying from African countries to Turkey on January 29, reports DW.

According to Erdogan, he is in touch with the Russians in order to convince them to stop bombardments in Idlib which is still under the control of Jihads and the Syrian opposition.
