Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made a Facebook posted about Constitutional Court (CC) President Hrayr Tovmasyan, and posted state-funded Public Television’s report on Tovmasyan.
"Hrayr Tovmasyan cannot be a CC President and have anything to do with the CC," the Prime Minister wrote.
