Recently, there was information on the Internet that a child was attempted to be abducted from near a school in Yerevan.

On February 4, at about 10pm, a Yerevan resident filed a police report that on the same day, at about 12:20pm, an unknown man made various promises to his 7-year-old daughter and called to a building entrance.

According to the report, the man, realizing that it was impossible to persuade the child, said that she would not say anything about it to the adults at her home.

Police have identified this man.

On February 5, at 2:30pm, this 33-year-old man was found, he came to a police station and gave an explanation.

Circumstances are being clarified.

An investigation is underway.
