The responses to questions regarding criminal subculture in the army must be given within the scope of a criminal case. This is what Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia Artak Davtyan told reporters at the National Assembly today.
“Globally speaking, of course, there are elements of criminal subculture in the army and in society. If there is criminal subculture in society, there has to be criminal sub-culture in the army,” he said.
