No government of Armenia has ever wanted or wants to see a literate society. This is what political technologist Karen Kocharyan told reporters today.

He noted that there is a low level of social development and that everyone is to blame for this.

“In essence, neither the people supporting the referendum for constitutional amendments nor the people against the referendum don’t know why they are in favor or against the referendum, not to mention the population,” he clarified.

Touching upon the news that the representatives of the NO campaign headquarters are giving bribes, Karen Kocharyan noted that if this was the case, the cases of bribe would have been revealed, taking into consideration the fact that the authorities have all the resources to do reveal them.
