The liability is provided for illegal disclosure of personal information of citizens, said Armenian justice minister Rustam Badasyan on Monday.

He noted that liability is provided, up to criminal one, for the illegal disclosure of personal information of citizens.

However, the justice minister proposes to use e-programs to establish the location of the citizens and the data on the phone-numbers he called. This data will only be used to understand whether a person is in compliance with isolation.
