I voted for the democratic future of Artsakh and for the people who represent it. Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) National Assembly Speaker and presidential candidate Ashot Ghoulyan wrote this on his Facebook page after casting his ballot in the presidential and parliamentary elections Tuesday.
To note, Ghoulyan was also wearing a mask just like everyone else at the polling stations.
