The personal talks between President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian and President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Haroutyunyan in Stepanakert today were followed by an enlarged meeting attended by Speaker of the National Assembly of Artsakh Artur Tovmasyan, State Minister Grigory Martirosyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Masis Mayilian, Secretary of the Security Council Samvel Babayan and other officials, as reported on the official website of the President of Armenia.

The cooperation between Armenia and Artsakh and the programs targeted at Artsakh’s development were touched upon during the meeting.
