YEREVAN. – By the decision of the Prime Minister of Armenia, the new composition of the Board of Trustees of Yerevan State University (YSU)—and consisting of 32 members—has been approved, YSU reported.

To note the Board of Trustees elects the YSU Rector, discusses and approves the YSU budget and strategic development program, listens and evaluates the rector's annual activity report on the university, approves the YSU structure and staff list, and performs other functions defined by the YSU charter.
