Top state officials will no longer be able to get rich with their salaries. This is what Speaker of the National Assembly of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Artur Tovmasyan stated during a meeting with Secretary of the Security Council Samvel Babayan today.

“In this case, detecting such phenomena and the failed target programs is also part of the role of the opposition,” he said.

Tovmasyan declared that the whole world is developing and that the parliament needs to keep up with President Arayik Haroutyunyan since he wants to implement the programs that are part of his pre-election platform as soon as possible.
