YEREVAN. – At Friday’s sitting of the National Assembly of Armenia, the MPs passed—in the second and final reading—a number of changes to some laws.

Among them are: the package of bills on amendments to the Bankruptcy Law and related laws; the bill on amendments and additions to the Criminal Code; and the package of bills on amendments to the Constitutional Law on the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly and related laws.

In addition, the parliamentarians passed a number of other bills in the first reading.

Also, the parliament ratified a number of agreements. Among them are: the Protocol between the State Revenue Committee of Armenia and the Ministry of Finance of Georgia on the Exchange of Preliminary Electronic Data on the International Transport of Vehicles and Goods; and the Protocol on Joining to the Agreement on the Exchange of Information in the Financial Sector, including Confidential Information.
