Hrayr Tovmasyan, former president and now ordinary judge of the Constitutional Court of Armenia, has arrived at the Court building.

To the reporters’ question as to whether he will nominate his candidacy for President of the Constitutional Court and whether there is another candidate he favors, Tovmasyan urged to wait for 3-4 hours and everything will be clear.

And when asked for his opinion on the newly elected judges of the Constitutional Court and whether the constitutional crisis has been resolved, Tovmasyan said he has no response.
