The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Egypt has issued the following statement:

“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Egypt is following the rapid development of the situation in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone and calls on both sides to show restraint and end the escalation.

Egypt calls on both sides to engage in dialogue for settlement by peaceful means, in accordance with international resolutions and within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group.”
