We at UN Armenia are saddened by news today that a 14-year-old boy was severely wounded in Gegharkunik Province of Armenia. Shombi Sharp, the UN Resident Coordinator in Armenia, noted this on Twitter.
“And with deep condolences to all who have suffered, [we] reiterate UN Secretary-General’s call - we must protect civilians under int. humanitarian law and ceasefire,” Sharp added.
