Armenia Ombudsman told Human Rights Watch representatives about the torture of captured Armenians.

Arman Tatoyan wrote on his Facebook that during a meeting with representatives of Human Rights Watch, he presented the atrocities of Azerbaijanis, stressing that the return of prisoners and the exchange of bodies require an urgent solution.

According to him, Human Rights Watch has just published a report and noted that Azerbaijani forces have captured many Armenian soldiers. The report noted that the latter were subjected to violence and humiliation. This is evidenced by the videos that are widely distributed on social networks.

The organization noted that the armed forces of Azerbaijan use violence against Armenian prisoners to humiliate them.

"We continue to tell the international community about the torture and atrocities committed by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces. Our goal is to make every effort to organize a minute before the return of prisoners and the exchange of soldiers' bodies," the ombudsman noted.
