The Nagorno-Karabakh and Russian authorities are discussing the issue of opening air communication.

The first flights from Russia to Stepanakert may be held in December, a source in the Nagorno-Karabakh administration told RIA Novosti.

Another source has also confirmed the credibility of these plans.
