Foreign Ministers of Russia and Azerbaijan Sergey Lavrov and Jeyhun Bayramov held phone talks during which they discussed the joint statement signed by the leaders of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan in Moscow on January 11, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan reported.
