Minister of Emergency Situations of Armenia Andranik Piloyan today held phone talks with Minister for Civil Defense. Emergency Situations and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters of the Russian Federation Yevgeny Zinichev and discussed issues on the expansion of the activities of the Russian-Armenian Humanitarian Response Center.

The parties proposed to provide a certain part of the humanitarian aid to be provided to Artsakh through this Center for further increase of the role of the Center.

Zinichev and Piloyan also touched upon several other joint projects.
