I am extremely concerned about the government’s underperformance of capital expenditures. This is what Governor of the Central Bank of Armenia Martin Galstyan told reporters today.

According to him, the government must be able to make capital expenditures in order to restore the economic potential and bring it back to the level that it was at before the war. “As a government, we need to be able to make quality capital investments which will have an impact on profitability of the private sector, and we view this direction as the most important direction,” he stated.
