President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Harutyunyann today introduced newly appointed Head of the President’s Verification Service Mher Abrahamyan to the staff, the Staff of the President reports.

The head of state said he had made the decision to appoint Abrahamyan to this position after taking into consideration his career and active participation in the war. Talking about the Service’s goals and objectives, Harutyunyan stated that the Service needs to be the first to respond to issues of public concern and public moods. Harutyunyan also answered questions from the Service’s employees.
