President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian yesterday signed the package of laws on making supplements and amendments to the Law on Bankruptcy, on making a supplement to the Constitutional Law “Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia”, on making an amendment to the Law on Operational-Intelligence Activities, and on making a supplement and amendments to the Law on Civil Forfeiture of Illegal Assets, the laws included wherein regulate the relations pertaining to civil forfeiture of illegal assets and bankruptcy proceedings, the Staff of the President of Armenia reports.
