The UK will begin vaccinations with Moderna in mid-April, Vaccination Minister Nadhim Zahawi said Tuesday, adding that the vaccination program is progressing according to a plan drawn up by the government.

According to him, the vaccine will be deployed around the third week of April, BBC reported.

The minister also expressed confidence that the government will meet the goal of providing all adults with the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by the end of July.
