President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Harutyunyann today received Deputy Director of Hayastan All-Armenian Fund Ararat Khlghatyan and Minister of Urban Development of Artsakh Aram Sargsyan, as reported the Staff of the President of Artsakh.

The interlocutors discussed the course of construction underway in Artsakh under the Fund’s sponsorship and the programs to be launched. Khlghatyan informed that tenders for construction of several apartment buildings inn Stepanakert have been announced, and several new settlements in the Askeran region are being designed.

President Harutyunyan attached special importance to the construction works to be carried out in the Karmir Shuka settlement. Taking into consideration the strategic significance of the settlement, the Fund is sponsoring the construction of 100 homes, the land works for which will be launched in the coming days.
