President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Harutyunyan will soon be summoned to a questioning within the scope of the criminal case instituted under the elements of crime provided for by part 1 of Article 312 of the Criminal Code, the news department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Artsakh reported, adding that the date of the questioning will be announced later.
Part 1 of Article 312 of the Criminal Code of Artsakh prescribes that overthrow of the constitutional order — actually eliminating any norm provided for by the Constitution —expressed through termination of validity of the norm in the legal system shall be punished with imprisonment for a term of ten to fifteen years.
