Members of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun youth movement, citizens and opposition forces who joined them, after a long torchlight procession, reached the Armenian Genocide memorial in Yerevan.
Vazgen Manukyan, candidate for prime minister from the Homeland Salvation Movement, was also present. Those present laid flowers at the eternal flame.
