The missile cruiser USS Monterey of the United States Navy detained an unmarked vessel in the northern Arabian Sea.
A large batch of weapons was found on board, the US Navy's Fifth Fleet reported, DW reported.
The seized weapons include dozens of Russian anti-tank guided missiles, thousands of Chinese assault rifles, hundreds of machine guns, sniper rifles, and grenade launchers, as well as optical sights.
The ship's crew was released after interrogation. Experts are finding out where the weapon was sent from and to whom it was intended.
