Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and his wife, Mehriban Aliyeva, will be on hand at an Azerbaijani folk music festival in Shushi, Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
“The Khari Bulbul music festival is reviving in our ancient homeland Shusha [(Shushi)], which has been declared the cultural capital of Azerbaijan. After so many years of longing, the Azerbaijani mugham will be played again at legendary Jdrduz [(Katarot Gorge)]," Aliyeva wrote on Instagram.
