Low-income countries have only 0.3% of the world's coronavirus vaccines, said Director General of the World Health Organization (WHO) Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, who urged rich states to share their immunization drugs with countries that do not have them.

Currently, only 0.3% of the COVID-19 vaccine supply goes to low-income countries, the head of WHO said.

According to him, the fact that many more health workers around the world are not vaccinated against the coronavirus is indicative of disparities in access to vaccines, TASS reported.
