The Nagorno-Karabakh issue was discussed within the scope of the Russian-Turkish consultations held in Moscow.

As reported the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Syrian and Nagorno-Karabakh crises, the 2021 Israel-Palestine crisis and other regional crises and the political aspects of settlement were substantively discussed.

Views were exchanged on the taking additional measures to eliminate the hotbeds for tension in the zones of the conflicts, support reconciliation regimes and increase humanitarian aid.

The Russian side placed emphasis on the need for a balanced approach to the situation in southeast Ukraine and the inadmissibility of support to the bellicose aspirations of Kyiv.
