Russia is helping the sides to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict build confidence along with the other Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group. This is what Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov said in his speech at the 9th Moscow Conference on International Security.
“In late 2020, without exaggeration, Russia played a key role in the cessation of bloodshed in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone and made efforts to restore peace in the entire South Caucasus. We continue to work with the other Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group in order to build confidence and implement the humanitarian projects,” he added.
