Zartonk (Awakening) National Christian Party had submitted a statement of claim to the Administrative Court of Armenia against the Central Electoral Commission. This is what Chairman of the Chamber of Advocates of Armenia Ara Zohrabyan posted on his Facebook page, adding the following:

“Today, on June 25, 2021, the Administrative Court of Armenia granted the claim of Zartonk National Christian Party and declared unlawful the failure by the Central Electoral Commission to use (inaction) the toolkit provided for by part 7 of Article 19 of the Electoral Code of Armenia in regard to the violations of Civil Contract Party (candidate for MP Nikol Pashinyan) confirmed under the verdict announced on June 17, 2021 under a case of the Administrative Court.

From the verdict of the Administrative Court it follows that the Central Electoral Commission needed to take measures to prevent the well-known statements of candidate for MP Nikol Pashinyan (statements containing coercion, threats and hatred), but it failed to do so and was inactive.”
