Erik Aleksanyan, the lawyer of imprisoned mayor Arush Arushanyan of Goris, Armenia, is going to inform him that he has won Sunday’s local election in the city.

"I am going to enter Yerevan Kentron penitentiary and tell Arushanyan the good news," Aleksanyan said live on Facebook.
