On November 3 at 9:16 p.m. the regional division for emergency situations in Martuni region of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) received a report according to which a fire had broken out in the Kaghartsi community of Martuni region. According to preliminary data, a house was burning, and there was an elderly woman inside the house.
As reported the State Service of Emergency Situations of Artsakh, two firefighting-rescue squads were immediately sent to the scene of the incident and were assisted by five residents of the community. The fire was put out at 12:30 a.m. and left the two-story house of the resident completely burnt, and the body was found inside the house.
The Fire and Technical Safety Inspectorate of the Service is conducting inspection.
