Yesterday deputy of the National Assembly of Armenia Ishkhan Zakaryan sent a letter to the Speaker of the National Assembly informing the latter that, based on a particular article of the Law “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly”, he has left the opposition “With Honor” Faction and will serve as an independent deputy. This is what Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan said while he was chairing today’s parliamentary session.
