At its Cabinet meeting Thursday, the government of Armenia made a decision to accept property as a donation.

The rationale for this decision states that the adoption of the respective draft decision is conditioned by the need for the Council of Europe (CoE) to ensure the continuation of the implementation of its action plans in Armenia.

Within this framework, SS equipment is donated to the Armenian government by the CoE, to be used by Ministry of Defense of Armenia—and primarily for the needs of military education.
