Artsakh Internal Affairs Minister Karen Sargsyan expressed condolences over the explosion on the territory of Surmalu shopping center in Yerevan.

"We express our readiness to assist our colleagues from Armenia. Artsakh rescuers are always there if necessary," he wrote on his Facebook page.

Recall that the number of victims under the rubble of Surmalu center makes 6 people, 19 citizens are missing.
