At Thursday’s Cabinet meeting, the government of Armenia decided to allocate 693.7 million drams to the Ararat, Gegharkunik, Lori, Shirak, Syunik, and Vayots Dzor provincial halls for the implementation of subsidy programs.

Gnel Sanosyan, the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, noted that these programs were implemented in eleven settlements.

"That is, from January until now, the government has provided 8 billion 758 million drams for 303 projects," Sanosyan added, in particular.

The respective draft decision proposes to allocate 693,714,600 drams (approx. US$1.7 million) from the 2022 state budget to the aforesaid provincial hall in order to fulfill the financial obligations towards the respective construction companies.
