Numerous people demanding the resignation of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan have started a respective demonstration Friday morning at Republic Square in Yerevan—in front of the main government building.

A large number of special forces also have assembled outside this building, and formed a human wall.

The next Cabinet session of the government is slated for 11am.

On Thursday, the leader of the opposition 5165 Movement, Karin Tonoyan had announced the start of acts of civil disobedience.
