Turkey knows that Armenia is constructively inclined to normalize relations, Ibrahim Kalin, spokesman for the Turkish President, told CNNturk.
According to him, the Karabakh issue was the main problem with Armenia, "and that issue has already been solved." Kalin recalled that Pashinyan-Erdogan had already had a meeting, and Turkey knows that Armenia is constructive with regard to normalization of relations.
