Copper is moderately expensive Thursday morning, trading data show.

December copper futures on the Comex exchange rose 0.27% to $3.653 a pound (about 0.45 kilograms).

At the end of Wednesday's trading on the London Metal Exchange (LME), the cost of a ton of copper with delivery in three months decreased by 0.1% to $8,005, aluminum - by 1.32%, to $2,397, zinc - by 0.27%, to $2,906.5.
