Toivo Klaar, the European Union (EU) Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, announced in social networks his visit to Azerbaijan.
"Now leaving rainy Vienna for important meetings in Baku," Klaar wrote on his Twitter microblog.
