An informal meeting of CIS leaders will be held in St. Petersburg at the end of December, said presidential aide Yuri Ushakov, RIA Novosti reported.
"At the end of December, according to tradition, there will be an informal, friendly meeting of the heads of CIS member states in St. Petersburg. There will be some other contacts, but this is probably the most important event - an informal meeting of the CIS leaders," Ushakov said.
