A group of rescuers from Armenia is working in Adiyaman, Garo Paylan, an Armenian member of the Turkish parliament, wrote on social media. "Those who have addresses of buildings, from under the rubble of which voices can be heard, please inform," Paylan noted.

Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesman Vahan Hounanian said the day before that Armenia is sending rescue teams to Syria and Turkey to assist in search and rescue efforts in areas affected by the devastating earthquake.
