World oil prices on Tuesday morning fell within 1% after news that the U.S. plans to release oil from the strategic reserve, trading data show.
The price of April Brent crude oil futures was down 0.69% to $86.01 a barrel, while March WTI futures were down 1.09% to $79.27.
