Serdar Kilic, the special representative of Turkey in the process of normalization of Armenia-Turkey relations, reflected on the visit of Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan to the Turkish capital, Ankara.

“Geography is the most important factor determining our common destiny. Sometimes, like now, this destiny is shaped by pain. The humanitarian solidarity displayed among the countries of the region is the best medicine to alleviate this suffering. Like all the countries in the region, Armenia stood with the Turkish people without hesitation,” Kilic wrote on Twitter, and posted photos from the ceremony of welcoming the Armenian FM in Ankara.
